Important: This Code applies to candidates,
exam administrators, proctors, partners, and other individuals
involved in examinations administered through ExamIT. All
participants are expected to comply with this Code, applicable
examination policies, and relevant laws and regulations.

Purpose
ExamIT is committed to providing secure, fair, reliable,
and professionally administered examination services.
This Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct establishes
the standards expected of candidates, exam administrators,
proctors, partners, and other individuals involved in the
examination process.
ExamIT provides examination and assessment
services only and does not provide training or
instructional services.
All candidates and examination personnel are expected to
understand and comply with this Code, applicable
examination policies, and all relevant laws and regulations.

Examination Integrity
ExamIT is committed to maintaining the integrity and
credibility of every examination.
Candidates must:
- Complete examinations honestly and independently.
- Follow all examination instructions.
- Provide accurate information during registration and examination.
- Avoid any activity that could compromise the fairness or security of an examination.
- Respect the examination rules established by ExamIT and the applicable certification or examination owner.
Any attempt to compromise examination integrity may result
in termination of the examination and other disciplinary
action.

Candidate Identity and Verification
Candidates must provide accurate and valid identification
information when required.
- Use their own identity and examination account.
- Not permit another person to take an examination on their behalf.
- Cooperate with identity verification procedures.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Not attempt to impersonate another candidate.
Identity fraud or impersonation is considered a serious
violation of examination integrity.

Exam Security and Confidentiality
Examination content is confidential and must be protected.
Candidates and examination personnel must not:
- Copy, photograph, record, reproduce, or distribute examination questions.
- Share examination questions or answers with other individuals.
- Publish examination content on websites, social media, messaging platforms, or other channels.
- Attempt to obtain unauthorized examination materials.
- Disclose confidential examination information.
Unauthorized disclosure or distribution of examination
content may result in cancellation of examination results,
suspension or banning from future examinations, and other
appropriate action.

Prohibited Assistance and Cheating
Candidates must complete examinations without unauthorized
assistance.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Receiving assistance from another person during an examination.
- Using unauthorized reference materials.
- Using unauthorized electronic devices or applications.
- Communicating with another person during the examination.
- Sharing answers with other candidates.
- Using another person's examination account or credentials.
- Attempting to bypass examination security controls.
- Using stolen, leaked, or unauthorized examination content.
ExamIT may take appropriate action when cheating or
suspected examination misconduct is identified.

Online Proctoring and Examination Monitoring
For examinations requiring online proctoring, candidates
must comply with the applicable proctoring requirements.
This may include:
- Identity verification.
- Environment or workspace checks.
- Camera and microphone requirements.
- Screen monitoring or screen-sharing requirements.
- Compliance with instructions from the authorized proctor.
- Maintaining an appropriate examination environment.
Candidates must not interfere with, disable, bypass, or
manipulate examination monitoring or security mechanisms.

Professional and Respectful Conduct
All candidates, proctors, administrators, and examination
personnel are expected to behave professionally and
respectfully.
ExamIT does not tolerate:
- Harassment or abusive behavior.
- Threatening behavior.
- Discrimination.
- Intimidation.
- Deliberate disruption of an examination.
- Misconduct toward proctors, administrators, candidates, or support personnel.
ExamIT reserves the right to terminate an examination or
take other appropriate action when serious misconduct
occurs.

Protection of Personal Information
ExamIT respects the privacy and confidentiality of
candidate information.
Personal information collected as part of examination
registration, identity verification, examination delivery,
proctoring, scoring, reporting, and support must be handled
responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws
and ExamIT privacy policies.
Candidate information must not be improperly accessed,
disclosed, sold, or shared with unauthorized parties.

Intellectual Property Protection
Examination questions, examination materials, software,
trademarks, logos, documentation, and other proprietary
materials must be respected and protected.
Candidates and examination personnel must not reproduce,
modify, distribute, sell, or publicly disclose ExamIT-owned
or examination-owner materials without appropriate
authorization.

Technical and System Integrity
Candidates must not intentionally interfere with
examination systems, platforms, networks, or security
mechanisms.
Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting unauthorized access to examination systems.
- Circumventing security controls.
- Manipulating examination software or systems.
- Interfering with examination delivery.
- Attempting to alter examination results.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities for personal advantage.
Any suspected security vulnerability should be reported
through the appropriate ExamIT support or security channel.

Accurate Representation of Examination Results
Candidates must accurately represent their examination
status and results.
Candidates must not:
- Falsify examination results.
- Alter examination score reports.
- Misrepresent an examination as passed when it was not passed.
- Claim credentials that have not been legitimately earned.
- Alter or misuse ExamIT documentation or verification information.

Conflict of Interest
ExamIT personnel, proctors, partners, and other individuals
involved in examination administration must disclose actual
or potential conflicts of interest where appropriate.
Individuals involved in the development, administration,
security, or handling of confidential examination content
must not improperly use that information for personal
benefit or provide it to candidates or unauthorized parties.

Fairness and Equal Treatment
ExamIT is committed to providing examinations in a fair
and consistent manner.
Candidates should receive equal treatment regardless of
background or personal characteristics.
Where applicable, ExamIT will follow established procedures
for approved examination accommodations and accessibility
requirements.

Examination Results and Investigations
ExamIT may review examination activity when there is
evidence or a reasonable concern regarding examination
misconduct, security violations, irregularities, or
technical issues.
Where appropriate, ExamIT may:
- Investigate examination irregularities.
- Request additional information.
- Place results under review.
- Invalidate examination results.
- Restrict future examination access.
- Report violations to the applicable certification or examination owner.

Reporting Violations
Candidates and examination personnel are encouraged to
report suspected activities that may compromise examination
integrity, including:
- Cheating.
- Examination content disclosure.
- Impersonation.
- Examination security breaches.
- Proctoring violations.
- Unauthorized access.
- Fraudulent examination activity.
- Other conduct that may compromise examination integrity.
Reports should be submitted through the appropriate ExamIT
support or reporting channel.

Compliance With Laws and Policies
All candidates and examination personnel must comply with
applicable laws, regulations, examination-owner requirements,
and ExamIT policies.
Participation in an ExamIT examination does not exempt
anyone from applicable legal or contractual obligations.

Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Code or examination policies may result
in appropriate disciplinary action, including:
- Examination termination.
- Cancellation or invalidation of examination results.
- Suspension of examination access.
- Permanent restriction from future examinations.
- Reporting to the applicable certification or examination owner.
- Legal action where appropriate.
The severity of the action may depend on the nature and
seriousness of the violation.

Your agreement matters.
By registering for or participating in an examination
administered through ExamIT, the candidate acknowledges
that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with
the ExamIT Code of Ethics and Professional
Conduct, examination rules, security requirements,
and applicable policies.
Candidates understand that examination misconduct,
cheating, unauthorized disclosure of examination content,
impersonation, or attempts to compromise examination
security may result in cancellation of examination results
and restriction from future examination participation.
ExamIT reserves the right to update this Code of Ethics and
Professional Conduct when necessary to maintain examination
security, fairness, privacy, and compliance.
ExamIT provides examination and assessment services and
does not provide training or instructional services.
