Cancellation Policy
Please review the following policy before scheduling your examination. Rescheduling eligibility and applicable fees depend on how far in advance you request a change.
Rescheduling your examination
ExamIT understands that plans can change. Candidates may request to reschedule their examination according to the timeframes and conditions below.
Free Rescheduling
If you request to reschedule your examination at least 7 days before your scheduled examination date, you may reschedule your examination at no additional charge.
25% Rescheduling Fee
If you request to reschedule your examination less than 7 days but at least 1 day before the scheduled examination, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the applicable examination fee will be charged.
New Voucher Required
Rescheduling is not permitted when less than 1 day remains before the scheduled examination. The candidate must purchase a new examination voucher and schedule a new examination.
Emergency Situations
If a candidate experiences a genuine emergency that prevents them from attending a scheduled examination, they should contact ExamIT as soon as possible.
Emergency requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and the candidate may still be required to purchase a new examination voucher.
Less than 1 day before your exam?
You cannot reschedule your existing examination within this period. You will need to purchase a new exam voucher and schedule a new examination.

Contact ExamIT with your examination details and rescheduling request.
Applicable Fee
Any applicable rescheduling fee will be determined according to the policy timeframe.
New Schedule
Once approved, your examination can be scheduled according to the applicable rules.
